At Ghaimah Roastery, we are committed to delivering freshly roasted, high-quality coffee and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

📦 Product Nature

Our products are classified as perishable food items. Therefore:

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
  • Returns are not accepted due to personal taste preferences.

🔁 Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • Receiving the wrong product.
  • The product has a defect or damage.
  • The product arrives in an unusable condition.

⏱️ Request Timeframe

  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

📸 Requirements for Approval

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition (unless defective).
  • Include the order number or purchase invoice.

🚚 Shipping

  • Ghaimah Roastery will cover shipping costs if the error is on our side.
  • For other accepted cases, shipping fees may be the customer’s responsibility.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
